I was born and raised in Schulenburg. After graduating high school in 1997, I moved to Lubbock to attend Texas Tech University. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Speech-Language and Hearing Sciences in 2006 and my Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology in 2008 from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center.
Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to gain experience in a variety of clinical settings, including pediatric speech and language therapy, skilled nursing facilities, acute care, feeding and swallowing disorders, and mentoring graduate clinicians as a clinical instructor. I have worked with patients of all ages, from infants to adults, and truly value the relationships built with patients and their families.
In 2011, my family and I returned home to Schulenburg, where I continued providing therapy services in skilled nursing, outpatient, home health, and early childhood intervention settings. Inspired by a passion for serving our community and making a meaningful difference in the lives of others, I opened Beyond Therapy in 2012. Today, we are proud to have a family of therapists who share the same passion for helping others and supporting a healthy community.

I was raised in Austin, but my parents grew up in Hallettsville. Growing up, I absolutely loved visiting my family in Hallettsville during the summers and holidays. I got married in May of 2022. Since I’ve always loved the small-town atmosphere and my husband was raised in Sweet Home, we decided this area was perfect to live in and raise a family. On August 7th, 2024, we welcomed identical twin boys into the world and we could not have been happier.
I graduated from Texas State University in Communication Disorders in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders. I continued my graduate studies at Texas State and received a Master of Science in Communication Disorders in 2021.
I’ve had wonderful opportunities to gain clinical experience in a variety of settings including hospitals, schools, and private practices. During my last semester of graduate school, I was fortunate to have the opportunity to complete my final externship at Beyond Therapy. I’ve valued my experience at Beyond Therapy and learned so much from the therapy team. I grew so much personally and clinically during my experience that I completed my Clinical Fellowship at Beyond Therapy and then accepted a full-time position.
I enjoy working with patients of all ages, as well as collaborating with the physical and occupational therapists to create a treatment plan that is tailored to each patient and their needs. There is nothing more heartwarming than seeing patients progress in their communication skills and flourish in their everyday life.

I was raised in La Grange and graduated from La Grange High School in 2010. After graduation, I moved to San Antonio to pursue my bachelor’s degree in Spanish. Since entering the healthcare field in 2013, I have gained over a decade of clinical and administrative medical experience through a variety of roles within the medical setting. These experiences have allowed me to grow both professionally and personally while learning from many outstanding physicians, therapists, and healthcare professionals throughout my career.
My family and I currently reside in La Grange. My husband, Josue, and I have been married for 12 years and are proud parents to our two wonderful children, Adam and Adalynn.
As a special needs mom, my role at Beyond Therapy is especially meaningful to me. I am passionate about helping create a welcoming and supportive environment for our patients, families, and staff while ensuring our clinic continues to provide compassionate, high-quality care. I am grateful to be part of such an incredible team and look forward to continuing to grow with Beyond Therapy for years to come.

I was born and raised in Schulenburg, Texas. After graduating high school in 2014 from Sacred Heart Catholic School in Hallettsville, I attended Texas State University. It was during my undergraduate studies that I got my first taste of Beyond Therapy. During Summer 2016, I volunteered at their summer literacy camp. It was then that I truly fell in love with my career choice, and it led me back to Beyond Therapy summer after summer.
After graduating from Texas State University in 2018, I attended Baylor University to pursue my master’s degree. At Baylor, I loved that my faith was integrated into my academics and clinicals. There, I was able to gain hands on experience with a range of populations and disorders. In Fall 2019, I completed my final full-time internship at DeTar Hospital in Victoria, Texas. In December 2019, I graduated from Baylor University and promptly started working at Beyond Therapy.
In my spare time, I love to spend time in my community and also with my cows. I have greatly enjoyed my time working with this great team at Beyond Therapy and look forward to many more years of learning from each other and supporting our clients in the best way possible.

I was born and raised in Goliad, Texas, where I graduated high school before attending Texas Tech University, earning my Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy—Wreck ‘Em! I currently live in Hallettsville, TX with my husband, Leo, our three children, Arlen, Lane, and Landree, and our family pets, including Peppa, the beloved Beyond Therapy mascot.
I have been a practicing Physical Therapist for 20 years, with experience in Early Childhood Intervention (ECI), outpatient therapy, school-based services, and adult home health. I began working at Beyond Therapy in Schulenburg in 2019.
I enjoy being involved in my community and spending time with my family at local 4H activities and my children’s sporting events. Our dog, Peppermint “Peppa,” also occasionally visits the clinic as our BT therapy dog, bringing joy and encouragement to our patients.
I enjoy collaborating with our therapy team and applying my experience in pediatric physical development. I am grateful for the opportunity to serve families in our rural community and remain committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care.

I was raised in Weimar. After graduating high school in 2013, I attended Texas A&M University where I obtained my Bachelor of Science Degree in Community Health. Whoop! Following graduation in 2017, I attended The University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences where I earned my Master's in Occupational Therapy. During my masters program, I had the opportunity to gain clinical experience in an In-Patient Rehabilitation Hospital as well as an Acute Pediatric Hospital.
I began my OT career in League City, Texas working in a Skilled Nursing Facility before moving on to work with individuals who had suffered traumatic brain injuries at Moody Neuro Rehab in Galveston. Both were very rewarding settings where I was able to grow professionally and personally.
My Husband and I moved back home to Weimar in September of 2021, and I began my pediatrics career at Beyond Therapy! Working with children and still having the opportunity to work with adult clients has truly been the best of both worlds.
Being a team member at Beyond Therapy has been the biggest blessing. I look forward to many years helping the children and adults in our community.

Peppa was born on October 13, 2023, and is the beloved dog of one of our physical therapists. She joined the Beyond Therapy family as a special surprise for her human sister, Landree, and quickly became our official clinic therapy dog.
Peppa loves visiting the clinic and bringing smiles, comfort, and encouragement to both our pediatric and adult patients. She is especially good at cheering on patients as they work toward their therapy goals and always seems to know when a little extra motivation is needed.
When she’s not at the clinic, Peppa enjoys being part of her busy family life and keeping up with her siblings, Arlen, Lane, and Landree.
